This Privacy Policy describes how ParentLink (“we”, “us”) processes personal data in the ParentLink Panel mobile application for iOS and Android (store name: ParentlinkPanel). This is the staff / workplace app for education-centre employees. It is not the parent app (ParentLink).

Staff accounts are created by the education centre, not by self-signup in the app. After sign-in, the app shows a native dashboard, notifications, and profile, and can open the same web panel inside an in-app WebView (embedded browser).
1. Data we collect from the app

We do not collect contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID for ads), or payment card data in this app. In-app payments are not offered. The app does not include an advertising or analytics SDK.
2. Workplace data shown or entered in the app
After you sign in, we display and (according to your role) let you enter the same records the education centre already keeps in the web panel, including for example:
- Your name, role, company, and whether the centre’s attendance device is online
- SMS / notification history for that centre
- Students, timetable, grades, journal notes and photos, attendance, payments, and other panel pages your role is allowed to open
Deleting the app session does not delete the centre’s student, finance, or attendance records. Those stay with the education centre.
3. Permissions (iOS and Android)
- Notifications (iOS alerts/sound / Android POST_NOTIFICATIONS): optional. Used for workplace alerts. You can refuse; the rest of the app still works.
- Camera: requested so the in-app panel can take photos (device camera). Not used in the background.
- Microphone: requested so the in-app browser can capture audio/video if a panel page needs it. We do not record the microphone continuously.
- Photo library / media (iOS photo library / Android READ_MEDIA_* or storage): requested so you can attach an existing image when a panel page asks for one. We do not scan your whole gallery.
- No location, contacts, Bluetooth, or tracking (App Tracking Transparency) permission is requested.
On Android the OS may also list related storage or audio settings permissions that come with camera and media capture. They are used only for the panel features above.
4. Data stored on the device
- Login token and work phone number in the OS secure store (Keychain / Android Keystore via SecureStore)
- Onboarding flag and Expo push token in local app storage
- WebView cookies for the panel session while you stay signed in
Uninstalling the app removes on-device data. The staff user on the server remains until the education centre removes it, or you ask us at [email protected].

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data for third-party advertising.
6. Retention
- App login token: until you sign out, the token expires (~30 days), or it is revoked
- Push tokens: while this device is registered, or until you sign out / uninstall
- Staff user (name, username, role, company): while the centre keeps the account
- Photos and other panel records you save: retained by the education centre under its own records
- Notification history: retained with that centre’s panel data
7. Sign-out and account deletion
Sign out: Profil → Çıxış. This revokes the app token on the server and removes this device’s Expo push token.
Delete account: Profil → Hesabı sil. This ends the app session on this device the same way (token revoked, push token removed, local login cleared). Staff workplace accounts are created by the education centre, not inside the app. To delete the staff user from the panel (name, login, role), ask your centre administrator or email [email protected]. That does not delete students, attendance, photos, or grades that belong to the centre.
8. Children
This app is for adult staff. We do not offer it to children. Student education data appears only because the centre already stores it and your role is allowed to see or update it.
9. Changes
We will update this page when the app’s data practices change. The date at the top is the latest version. The same policy applies to both iOS and Android.

Tətbiq kontaktları, dəqiq məkanı, reklam identifikatorunu (IDFA / reklam üçün GAID) və kart məlumatını toplamir. Tətbiqdaxili ödəniş yoxdur. Reklam və analitika SDK-sı yoxdur.
2. Tətbiqdə göstərilən və daxil edilən iş məlumatı
Girişdən sonra təhsil mərkəzinin veb paneldə artıq saxladığı qeydlər göstərilir və (vəzifənizə görə) daxil edilə bilər, məsələn:
- Adınız, vəzifə, şirkət və mərkəzin davamiyyət cihazının onlayn olub-olmaması
- Həmin mərkəzin SMS / bildiriş tarixçəsi
- Tələbə, cədvəl, qiymət, jurnal qeydi və şəkli, davamiyyət, ödəniş və vəzifənizin açmağa icazə verdiyi digər panel səhifələri
Tətbiq sessiyasını silmək tələbə, maliyyə və davamiyyət qeydlərini silmir. Onlar təhsil mərkəzində qalır.
3. İcazələr (iOS və Android)
- Bildirişlər (iOS / Android POST_NOTIFICATIONS): istəyə bağlıdır. İş xəbərdarlıqları üçündür. İmtina etsəniz, qalan funksiyalar işləyir.
- Kamera: tətbiq içindəki paneldə şəkil çəkmək üçün. Fon rejimində istifadə olunmur.
- Mikrofon: panel səhifəsi audio/video lazım olsa daxili brauzerin çəkməsi üçün. Mikrofon daim yazılmır.
- Qalereya / media (iOS photo library / Android oxuma icazələri): panel səhifəsi mövcud şəkil istəyəndə. Bütün qalereya skan edilmir.
- Məkan, kontakt, Bluetooth və izləmə (App Tracking Transparency) icazəsi soruşulmur.
Android-də OS kamera və media ilə bağlı əlavə yaddaş və ya səs icazələrini də göstərə bilər. Onlar yalnız yuxarıdakı panel funksiyaları üçündür.
4. Cihazda saxlanan məlumat
- Giriş tokeni və iş telefonu OS təhlükəsiz anbarında (Keychain / Android Keystore)
- Onboarding bayrağı və Expo push token lokal yaddaşda

6. Saxlama müddəti
- Tətbiq tokeni: çıxış, müddətin bitməsi (~30 gün) və ya ləğv olunana qədər
- Push tokenlər: bu cihaz qeydiyyatda qaldıqca, və ya çıxış / silməyə qədər
- İşçi (ad, istifadəçi adı, vəzifə, şirkət): mərkəz hesabı saxladığı müddət
- Saxladığınız şəkil və digər panel qeydləri: təhsil mərkəzinin öz qeydlərində
- Bildiriş tarixçəsi: həmin mərkəzin panel məlumatı ilə
7. Çıxış və hesabın silinməsi
Çıxış: Profil → Çıxış. Serverdə tətbiq tokeni ləğv olunur, bu cihazın Expo push tokeni silinir.
Hesabı sil: Profil → Hesabı sil. Bu cihazdakı sessiya eyni qaydada bitir (token ləğv, push token silinir, lokal giriş təmizlənir). İşçi hesabını təhsil mərkəzi yaradır, tətbiqdə yox. Paneldən işçi istifadəçisini (ad, giriş, vəzifə) silmək üçün mərkəz administratoruna və ya [email protected] ünvanına yazın. Tələbə, davamiyyət, şəkil və qiymətlər mərkəzdə qalır.
8. Uşaqlar
Tətbiq böyük əməkdaşlar üçündür; uşaqlara təklif olunmur. Tələbənin təhsil məlumatı yalnız mərkəzin artıq saxladığı və vəzifənizin görməyə/yeniləməyə icazə verdiyi üçün görünür.
9. Dəyişikliklər
Tətbiqin məlumat təcrübəsi dəyişəndə bu səhifə yenilənəcək. Üstdəki tarix son versiyadır. Eyni siyasət həm iOS, həm Android üçün keçərlidir.
